the location was great, the view from the room was awesome, breakfast was yum, rooms were clean and tidy, hosts were friendly.

A MUST VISIT WHEN STAYING IN POSITANO! Perfect location, amazing views, short walk to the beach/port and close to Positano square. Had the most amazing 3 night stay with Giuseppe and Carla, they made us feel so welcome. They were such lovely hosts, provided amazing breakfast and they made our stay so comfortable. It is a small hotel but they make you feel right at home. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough and will be telling all our friends and family about this place! I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thanks again Giuseppe and Carla! We hope to be back to visit you both soon! Our favourite accomdation in Italy to date.

nice little place far enough from the masses of people but not too far away either. room had an excellent view! room was sufficient but nothing super fancy. AC was great.

there was no place to change or use the restroom if you arrive early or leave late, but they will keep your bags. make sure you bring cash to pay the tax

The owners make your feel very welcome and are extremely nice. Lodging in Positano is said to be outrageously expensive, but this gem of a place is great value.

The rooms were very clean and had a stunning view of Positano. The breakfast included croissants and bread rolls, which was perfect to start the day with. The service provided by the staff was great.

The beds were a little too firm but still reasonably comfortable.

The Owner is really friendly and helpful, he also makes really good breakfast for everyone with a nice view from terrace every morning for free service even it is not included hotel price. The villa is locate only 10 minute walk from Positano beach and only 5 minute walk from bus Station. Air Conditioner, hot water, fridge and wifi works perfectly. The bed is really comfy and the room is really clean. I will definitely book this villa again every time when I visit Positano.

The manager/host went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Our bags were really heavy (recommend not traveling to Positano with large bags given the number of stairs) and he helped us with two heavy bags through all the stairs. He showed up really early, even outside his working hours to move our bags. He was ready to serve the breakfast the moment I entered the dining area. The view from the room was also amazing.

There are 2 floors in the hotel and to get to the upper floor, there is no elevator and you have to climb all the stairs- especially in terms of carrying the luggage.

The location was great. 8 minutes walk from the beach/ferry port. Lovely sea view from our balcony and the terrace where the very kind Giuseppe would give us coffee/tea and croissants in the morning. Giuseppe was very welcoming and helpful during our stay.

The walls are very thin, if anyone is around or in the corridor you can hear their conversations. We were woken a number of times with people coming in and out. The Shower was only warm for about 3 minutes and went on the colder side of lukewarm after that. There were also noises from the plumbing/pipes that sounded like a drill - we got used to it funnily enough but it could be annoying for some!

Villa Maria Antonietta is located in the centre of a beautiful Positano so great location, fantastic hosts Carla & Giuseppe, always very kind and helpful, rooms very comfortable, entire property spotless and a great price for my 7 nights stay! I highly recommend Villa Maria Antonietta :)

It was all fantastic, from the central location near (walking distance) the grande beach where you had all the restaurants, stores, ferries and taxi boats as well as to the positano internal bus terminal and the other bus terminal to Amalfi or Sorrento. The hotel felt like you were living in Positano as a local and the service and attention by Carla and Giuseppe was outstanding. They really made you feel like you were visiting a family member with their attention on a daily basis. Couldn’t have asked more from the room, it was spacious as well as the bathroom and we were lucky to also have a nice balcony. The A/C worked perfectly as well. The room decor really reminded you of this beautiful City. It was all we were looking for and more.

That we couldn’t stay longer

The owners were so kind and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay. It’s very peaceful, and quiet. You are still close to the center but without the noise. The view was stunning as well!

Excellent location in the centre of Positano, there is a carpark just 4 min walk from the property. Very clean rooms with a very nice terrace, advice and recomendations from Giuseppe were excellent
