Could not obtain clean bath towels or wash cloths. I was given the excuse that the washing machines were down. Carpet areas in hallways were dirty A lot of pitbull dogs. No maid service. Front desk clerks were not accessible during working hours around 6pm. I made the mistake of not taking photos

No room service. Ran out of toilet paper on the third night. Never did replenish in the six nights I was there. Never cleaned the room or replenished the room with fresh towels. Will never stay there again.

The hotel stated the booking site's system was not working with their system, and would not honor the reservation. I had to register through them at their price. Keys had to be programed three times. They eventually closed their window so not have to deal with customers. Knowone was there at checkout window was closed. No coffee even in common area.

I would stay here again. We just stayed overnight for a concert, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable, I would just recommend bringing your own pillows. The ones there are flat and you only get one per person. The only employee interaction we had was while checking in. The staff were decent. Not really friendly but wasn’t rude either. The only major real negative thing I have to say is the major smell of weed coming from the main floor.

The floors need a good vacuuming. We have a dog, and understand sheading, but the hair on the floor was terrible. We were there for a funeral and of course we were wearing black. We both had blonde hair all over our clothes. If you walked barefoot, the hair on the bottom of your feet was so thick. You can't get into bed with all of that on your feet.
The tv and the remote did not work together. We finally found a way to turn on the tv, but couldn't change channels or use the volume because the remote and tv were not compatible. We only had one channel that we could watch. To turn off the tv, we had to get out of bed. After being relaxed, we had to get out of bed again. The remote should work. A girl came up to check it out, but didn't offer another remote control.
You need a side table on either side of the bed. It's so inconvenient to not have anywhere to lay anything. We both use our phones and needed a side table on both sides of the bed to place them on

We are very unhappy with our reservation/stay at this hotel because we weren't able to get the room we had reserved. We made the reservation two weeks ago and I called the hotel directly yesterday around 3:30 pm to let them know we would be checking in late. I was told that our room would be held until we arrived. However, we were about 15 minutes away when we received a call from the hotel saying they did not have a room available for us. So we were not able to stay there. They had no real excuse because the said there were empty rooms but no one available to clean them and when we asked to speak to a manager we were told there wasn't a manager onsite. So instead of staying overnight after a New Year's Eve party we had to drive about 45 minutes to get a place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Newly built. No water pressure though.

There is literally no one at the front desk even during working hours. We were given two small pillows for a queen sized bed and haven’t been able to locate anyone who works here to ask for another pillow. There is also no one here to monitor some of the oddballs hanging around the hotel who may or may not be staying here.

Hotel is in a bad part of town. I arrived at 7pm
And the reception counter is closed. You have to call for someone to come out to check you in. The gentleman that checked us in was nice but seemed more concerned that I wasnt a hooker looking for residence. Seemed like many people “lived” there. The guy in the parking lot was sitting in his car for hours appeared to be “ waiting” on someone or something. The rooms were nice but seemed more like an extended stay than a suite. Too many choices to go back there when visiting Nashville area.

Just not a good hotel

$1 for an extra pillow is crazy especially when the room only comes with one extremely flat one.

Was not aware that the office hours had changed, we arrived shortly after 4 pm on the 5th to find the office had closed, fortunately we were able to reach the employee before she left to get our key cards, got into the room and found a piece of paper under the bed went to pick it up, it was a receipt from May 5th, look under the beds dust bunnies everywhere and a aluminum bottle. Also found a cracked shower floor which was filled underneath with expanding foam took pictures and as no one was available to enquire about it we used it, brought it up to the employee at the desk and informed him, he assumed it was fine, did offer another room but if they were okay with it we stayed instead of moving everything. It was spongy but should of never been given out for use, if it had happened that someone would slip and cut a foot on the crack a law suit could be started. After being there a week our pass card didn't work, fortunately there was someone in the office to reset it and no mention was given that it cost $7.00 for the use of towels makes me fill like I paid for them, maybe i should of brought them home. Will never stay there again.

We had issues when checking in after hours, but the general manager and the daytime staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to help us. Would definitely stay there again, but would prefer to check in during business hours to assure things went smoothly.

Very comfortable and clean. The entrance is hard to find but otherwise thought the location was good. The late check-in seemed to be a bit rough for them even with prior approval but the staff was pleasant overall.

I informed them that I was going to arrive after midnight. When I got there the front desk was closed and had to call someone with the phone they have there. Checking in was super easy and speedy, once we got to the the room, there was no soap and toilet paper. The floor was very dusty and found pieces of floor materials all over. It seems like they had just completed construction and no one clean after.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my life. We were there last week for the CMA Fest and had two reservations for a 5 night stay. When booking the reservations we thought it would be great being it was a brand new location boy were we wrong. It was the total opposite those were the nastiest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I’m our room there was so much dog hair everywhere on the floors looked like a German shepherd was there prior to our stay. Our socks was covered. My husband went downstairs with the socks and towel he wiped the floor with to show them. When he got down there the housekeeper was very rude and acted like it wasn’t her problem. So a lady named Brittany that does maintenance was super sweet and came to clean our floors. It was so bad she had to use the mop pads and it still wasn’t clean. Then there was dog hair underneath the toilet seat. On top of that every bath rag we received had someone’s pubic hair all in it and long hair on our bath towels. In our other room the tv was broken and after two days they finally moved them to another room. After they moved to another room their refrigerator was nasty and had not been cleaned and the dishwasher stunk like rotten food. When my husband asked to speak to a manager the lady at check-in wouldn’t get him she just kept asking what can I help you with. We finally spoke to him a day later and he was also rude didn’t have a care in the world and wasn’t apologetic at all. He basically called me a liar

With a microwave, refrigerator, and stove-top, this was more motel than I needed, bur represented the best value closest to the Nashville airport. The hotel didn't offer breakfast but there was a Waffle House a few feet away.

I stayed in room next to front desk and makes to much noise from people getting in and out all the time

No blow Dryer, no iron, no soap, no shampoo. Front desk closes at 10:00 and after that you can’t get anything if you needed it. Other that it’s a new place so it was clean and nice for what we needed it for.

The place opened last Thursday 04/13. We stayed at this location for 4 days. And it was amazing.
There is no sign at the entrance so it makes it a bit harder to find but it’s between the waffle house & the Taco Bell where you go in.
You will most likely be welcomed by Wendy she is super nice and very helpful made our stay even better.
One thing I absolutely love is you cannot get into the building after 10pm at the front door without your hotel key. You need to scan your card to gain access into the building at all times.
The facilities are very nice like I said we were there couple days after it open so everything was brand new. There is a Gym and a Guest Laundry area.
This place does not have breakfast ( which if you are looking for that free continental breakfast you get at other hotels you won’t be getting it here). There is free hotel coffee in the lobby but thats about it.
The rooms come with a two burner countertop, full size microwave & a full size Refrigerator. So you can get food snd make your breakfast among other meals you just have to have pots pans snd utensils.
The beds are very comfortable. You have plenty of room for your things. It even provides you with a laundry basket.
The bathroom tub is a bit higher than normal ones so I would say be careful when you come out of the shower as you can trip.
One thing I notice and this might be because the place just opened and they haven’t hired anyone. There is no housekeeping coming to straighten your room. If you need

This property is very new, still smelt new. Property is nice and clean. Staff are very caring and want your stay go be fabulous. Wendy went out of hef way to answer some of our questions before even starting her shift. Thats great customer service!

Surprisingly, we stayed on their opening day, so the place was brand new! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was extremely helpful and friendly, our room was comfortable and accommodating, and parking was premium! It’s an extended stay, so we were only able to get the one- night rate because of a glitch in the system, but I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing to stay in Nashville for a longer period of time. It is close to restaurants, gas stations, and the grocery store, plus has easy access to the highway. The room, itself, was spacious, and didn’t feel cramped, plus the hotel had amenities such as an exercise room and laundry center so that you can attend to your personal needs. The staff and accommodations made this place a 10, and was honestly the highlight of our trip! Thank you Woodspring Suites Hermitage, and best of luck with your future guests!

I was the 3rd guest that checked in on April 14. It had that new hotel smell. I chose the hotel because it is just two exits east of the airport and I had an early flight the next morning. Clean room, courteous staff.
