1_ in booking it wasn't clear that the apartment owned by person not the address Hotel.
2- the apartment not clean, it has bad smell and other stuff keep in apartment from previous guest.
3_ I called booking call center and I registered official complain , they promised they will ask for refunds the amount but no action done
4_ I highly put the responsibility on booking becouse they accept that situation.
