,The hotel facilities- dining, TAB, outdoor deck were very good.

I didn't realise that there would be communal toilets, showers and dining room.

They managed to find me a room even though they were fully booked. The booking agent continues to book rooms even though there are non available. I found the booking process to be embarrassing and un professional. The staff and management are extremely helpful. I had a pleasant stay. I did think for a room with a shared bathroom and toilet it was a little expensive.

Great location, room was very clean and good size, hotel in general was very clean, staff were easy to deal with and helpful upon arrival.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable, felt like a few springs were broken.

Staff were rude af The place is an absolute magnet for all the towns local bumpkins.

The staff really put out a great atmosphere, make you feel welcome.

The parking was a little bit of none between. Parked down the road and when one came available I moved into the car park.

Dinner was ok but very disappointed with the mash potato it was out of a packet . It was runny and tasteless . Felt like it was thrown together at the last minute
