Best view of the strip from a quiet condo. The property has a balcony but unfortunately it was locked with an inability to open it. Overall very lovely place and I would stay there again! Thank you!

Fantastic home away from home at the MGM Signature Building 3. Great kitchen with some complementary waters and large fridge. Bathroom is well laid out. Veronica was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Already planning to come back. Thank you!

Condo is lovely, clean and a relaxing place to come back to after an all day outing. Home away from home. Good location and walkable to strip. Great communication with owner. Very much enjoyed the stay.

All was nice except there were ciggerete buts on the patio. It would have been nicer if we had had the option of cleaning service every day. We ran out of clean towels after 36 hours.

We had a great time in this room for the F1 race weekend. Very clean and easy to check in and stress free. Owner was always able to be reached. The location was perfect for the races, it’s a bit of a walk, but that was expected, and you walk everywhere while on the strip in Vegas. Looking forward to booking other times of the year now!

Spectacular in every way. Very large and luxurious. Great views of the Sphere and the Strip. Only negative is the mattress not up to the quality of the rest of the Suite.

This wasn't my first stay at Signature but it was definitely the best. Veronica was an outstanding host and the unit was everything it was listed to be. Be prepared for some traffic due to F1 in mid November. Thanks again!

My friend and I booked this place in a panic on Thursday because we needed somewhere to stay on Saturday and Sunday. I could not have been happier once I got up to the room. Everything was very clean and looked fantastic, but the best part was, by far, the view. It was absolutely gorgeous at night with all the lights from the strip. We even had a nice view of the Sphere and the ferris wheel. I would absolutely book here again given the chance, just for the view alone. As for the location, since we were in tower 3, it was a bit of a walk anytime we wanted to head towards the strip or the casino, but overall it wasn’t too bad. I highly recommend this listing.

We had such a wonderful stay at this suite. We loved the space, we loved how comfortable and clean it was. We did have a rental car while we were there, and the valet was easy to use, and they were fast. The proximity to the strip was great, you can walk all the way to the MGM without having to go outside. We were there to see a concert in the MGM. It was nice that there was a fire pit on the property to hang out around. We loved that we could clearly see the sphere from the balcony and the bedroom window. We were constantly looking out to see what it would show next. The communication with the host was great. All pictures that are shown are accurate from the F1 racetrack, the suite, and the views. We would highly recommend anyone to stay at this rental.

We've had the pleasure of staying at The Signature several times over the years and for good reason. We enjoy the quiet setting and close proximity to the Strip, albeit a decent walk either through the casino or outside via E. Harmon Ave. The rooms are huge and having two full bathrooms in the one-bedroom units is a nice luxury. The Signature pools are a nice option if you're not into the more party-like atmosphere at the MGM Grand pool complex. Can't wait to go back , , ,

Best views on the strip. Great communications with owner. In spite of the cyber issues in Vegas - the owner navigated through to make check in easy and painless. Property was as advertised - roomy -clean and very comfortable. Will definitely book here again.

The Good: My gf and I both agreed that the place was wonderful. All the appliances were in excellent condition and great working order, the place was immaculate, and had a great view of the strip from the balcony. What Might Have Been Better: Our fellow residents seemed to be enjoy their weed and the smell was thick in the hallways at night. In the room, you can't smell it at all. We grew up in the 60s/70s, so it didn't bother us - but it was very noticeable. What We Disagreed On: Location. The gf and I are getting on in years. The building itself did not have a bar and a casino within it - we thought we were going to be in a building where we'd just take an elevator and be in the midst of the action. We had to walk either to the MGM Grand or Planet Hollywood (maybe a half mile) - about 20 minutes for us, maybe 10-12 for young people. She's had both of her hips replaced and she didn't like the walk. Me, I have both of my original hips in working and I was OK with the exercise - the walk didn't bother me one bit. So... I gave this place a solid 5. My gf? She loved everything except the location, which she'd rank as a 2 and probably a 4 overall. For us, it all came down to whether or not you had a problem with making a long walk to the bars/casino. If I was here alone, I'd stay again. If we both returned together? We'd probably stay in the hotel itself.

The Signature is a great place to stay in Las Vegas. Access to the strip is easy. Access to all the amenities of MGM Grand is great. The unit has wonderful views of Las Vegas at night.

We’ve stayed at this tower before and had similar suites, however, this suite was more comfortable than the past ones. The sofa, and bed was very comfortable. Our host was the absolute best! Veronica stayed in touch with me and swiftly answered all of my questions and concerns. She was friendly and professional. I will absolutely book this specific suite again!

Beautiful property with a pleasant & knowledgeable staff. My only issue is that the pool closes @ 7p. For a city that doesn’t sleep you should be able to take a night dip. With paying for it at a party.

Everything about this location is great!!! The property is exactly like the pictures. Extremely clean, well stocked. The balcony that looks at the strip is breathtaking at night. Veronica was SO ATTENTIVE and responded immediately to any inquiries. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

This was the best stay in Vegas. Our host was so attentive and friendly. Veronica was so patient with me and all of my 100 questions. The unit was so clean and inviting. The decor was top notch. It is a short hike to the MGM. I timed it and from tower 3 it was literally only 5 minutes so not bad at all. There were many towels, blankets and extra pillows available. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen items you will need. A plus because we did not have to call down for anything. Not many rooms come with balconies in Vegas and this was a nice addition, overlooking the strip. The building is very secure. The security was always down in the lobby watching and welcoming all registered guests. (No stragglers were hanging around) We felt very safe. I will definitely stay here again.
