The living area offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace for winter warmth, a small table and chairs, and a Smart TV for streaming all your favorites. The kitchen is modern and fully stocked, featuring granite counters, a custom wood breakfast bar and seating, and all the essentials including stainless steel appliances, toaster, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, and a bottle of wine on us! There's a small table and chairs for indoor meals, and the outdoor balcony has a BBQ. The main level master bedroom with a king bed boasts a walk-in closet and a master bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and heated tile floor. The second floor features a nicely sized bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, a spacious laundry room with plenty of storage, and a small, private bonus room with a comfy queen bed, a Smart TV, a retro gaming station, and a Vintage Disney VHS collection. Other vacation amenities include a large storage closet for your skis, bikes, and toys, free outdoor parking, and a community hot tub for use during your stay with us. Snowshoes and kids' sleds for your use are found in the closet. The condo is a short walk to town, the walking/bike path, and the River Run Gondola and ski lifts. Sun Valley offers free buses with a stop directly in front of the condo, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the historic Sun Valley Resort. Note: The third bedroom is a nook off the laundry room. The queen bed is comfortable, but the room is small due to the sloped ceiling, which is quite low near the foot of the bed.
