THE SPACE: Inside you will find a generous bedroom with king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, sparkling bathroom, and a spacious living area and you are walkable to all of the downtown area. The bedroom has huge closet for clothing storage and you are provided with quality amenities and plenty of soft fluffy towels. THE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. Over occupancy may result in eviction. PARKING: Parking is not included though there is nearby garage parking, paid street parking, and free street parking nearby. Guests are to follow all signage and local parking laws, Great Stays is not responsible for any tickets or lost or stolen items. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Detroit to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and have additional fees. SECURITY: For your peace of mind, we have implemented several security measures. This includes the installation of audio/video recording cameras in shared areas within and surrounding the building. Please note that these are only for the safety of all residents and visitors. Additionally, we have noise monitoring and smoke detection devices within the unit. These devices are designed solely to measure sound levels and do not record any activity. Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. Please note that any house rules violation will incur an additional $150 penalty charge.
