Please update your reservation accordingly. -$500.00 Security Deposit hold on credit card is required. -Age 23 and up to book, government issued photo ID required. -Guests are required to sign our Rental Agreement. -Guests and visitors use amenities at their own risk and assume all responsibility for safety. -IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING LINENS, BEDDING AND TOWELS: You will be charged for the replacement at (2) two times the replacement rate for stained or discolored bedding, linens or towels. Makeup and products containing peroxide, dye, or self tanners will ruin linens, bedding and towels. -Do not disable Wi-Fi or remove or move any devices in home - tampering with wi-fi will result in immediate cancellation, no refunds. -We have one motion activated security camera at the front of the cabin facing the front yard and street recording audio and video. Do not tamper with, cover, or disable security camera(s) - tampering with camera(s) will result in immediate cancellation, no refunds. -Guests are not permitted access the locked owners closet. -$75 mandatory late check out fee incurred every half hour without pre-approval. We have to allow time for proper cleaning between guests. -No refunds for early departure for any reason. Travel Insurance is recommended. -No ice maker available, bring your own ice. -No indoor candles allowed. -No fireworks allowed. -No confetti, glitter, silly string, or water balloons allowed anywhere on the property. -Parking only in designated area next to street and behind the designated posts and rope. -You will be charged for excessive cleaning beyond normal use, damages, or any extra expenses exceeding security deposit or any applicable insurance. -You will be charged for damages or any extra expenses exceeding your security deposit or insurance coverage.
