The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I was very pleased with the size and location of the Condo but was very surprised at the unclean shape of the condo.Looked like someone wiped down the living room tables but failed to dust any place else. Could write your name in dust elsewhere. Ceiling fans were so dirty we were afraid to turn them on. Baseboard were filthy and floor was dirty next to baseboards and other area’s.bathroom shower heads were nasty and drain had to have hair cleaned out to drain properly. TV’s came on but did not allow you to get any channels. Living room furniture needs to be cleaned or updated not clean. Called maintenance regarding TV’s but did not show up or return call. Again loved size and location but would not stay here again unless it had a deep clean and repairs done especially since we paid a cleaning fee. They are not cleaning this place properly just surface cleaning. We also had nothing to clean with like a broom, cheap mop or bathroom cleaner so we could do it ourselves. I took pictures of the issues we had but have not been able to get them to upload to you but will try again.

The property was in a good location! The property owner was very responsive to our issues! Overall we had a great time! The condo was as big as they described and the balcony view was perfect. I did suggest to the owners a good spring cleaning needed to happen as there were multiple items that were below average on the cleaning scale! Again, they have been very responsive and I am sure they will make it right for the next renters!

we were very pleased when we arrived to the unit. It was cleaned nicely, the unit is very spacious, we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings. It is such a beautiful view, We definitely will be back. The property management company was very helpful throughout our stay as well, they answered all of our questions very quickly

It was very good good for our two families. Two masters on the water made it fair since we were splitting the cost. 4 bathrooms were great when everyone needed to get ready in the evening at the same time.
