The apartments are clean, spacious and in a great location - right on the beach and close to shops, restaurants and Old Town. We had a relaxing stay and our host was very helpful with some luggage issues we had with our airline. Hope to return again next summer!

I liked the location. The appartment had enaugh space and was clean. Staff was friendly. The pool was clean and big enaugh.

I didn't like that there was old sofa, which was the bed for the third person. It was short, very old and squeaky. It wasn't posibble to turn on the other side, without waking up the others. The fridge was noisy too. We could't sleep well. We expected more for the money we pay.

The location is excellent

Excellent choice for families, especially with kids. I’m sure it’d be great for others too. 1. Our room with the see view and joint balcony for each of the two bedrooms and the living room, provided us the scenery and necessary comfort. 2. 5 min walk to a good choice of street food places, large supermarket with reasonable prices to buy ready cooked food or cook your own stuff. 3. Swimming pool in the complex not massively big and in the morning the water can be cold, but large enough to cool down during the day and the sunbath beads are available with amazing view over the black sea and Nessebar old town peninsula. The beach is 30 seconds away and easily reachable. There are two patches free to the public, the rest of the beach is private and it will cost from 4 to 12 euro per day for a family - on the positive side, very clean and noise free. 4. 10-15 min walk to the old town of Nessebar. Great place with good views, old building and dozens of good restaurants with nice food and excellent views from the rocky peninsular. Plenty of live music. 5. Nearest aqua park is 10 min drive or free bus shuttle. The aqua park is a must go for both kids or adults.

Not much based on the room I was given. 1. If you are looking for beach bars with nice music and lots of fun probably not the best place, there are some, but sunny beach is the place for night clubs, daily music lounges, attractions etc. 2. I do not think there was a good list of options for emergencies. Would be nice to have a 1 pager with nearest private and public hospitals in case of emergencies.

The apartments are spacious and modern, with all necessary amenities. The balconies provide gorgeous views of the sea. The host was responsive to our questions before arrival and also to any requests we had. Location is the best possible - right at a sandy beach, near supermarkets and shopping, but also 10-15min walk to the old town with its many restaurants.

The wifi was buggy at first, but the receptionist managed to fix it.

Parking policy quite unclear, payment just in cash without a receipt. Internet connection was poor.

The only good thing was the location.

The apartment complex has no beach. To use the beach in front of the hotel you have to pay additional $32/ day for a family of three. The beach has no showers, and is overcrowded and dirty. In the advertisements there’s no information about the beach. When you come from abroad you need to bring sun umbrellas and beach towels, if you want to use the beach or to buy new and at the end of your vacation to leave everything there b/c it’s not possible to take umbrellas on your flight. No parking- you have to pay additional 10lv./day for your car which you need to park in a nearby payed parking. The beds were very uncomfortable including the pillows. The beds were small even for my 11 years old son.

Great location, near the beach. Close to very good taverns and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town Nessebar. The manager was very polite and kind.

Old furniture in the bedrooms, bad mattress, we did not sleep well because of that. The sofa from the living was not extendable, as written on booking. In the kitchen there was nothing for making coffee not even on the stove In general, too expensive considering how the apartment looks.
