We can accommodate multiple families as there are FIVE bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. We even provide a pack and play and high chair for your little one's comfort! The home has 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, and 1 Twin Trundle. The design was created custom and is incredibly high end. There is a spacious indoor AND outdoor area, and you're just blocks from the waves. There are 4 bedrooms downstairs, and 1 bedroom upstairs, so there's plenty of room to spread out if multiple families are traveling together. The home is stocked incredibly well; we have a minimum of two bed sets (per bed), numerous bath and beach towels for the jacuzzi, as well as hand and makeup towels. The kitchen is stocked with high quality appliances and everything you'd need to cook a full Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner. We provide soap, conditioner, and body wash in each shower. We don't want you to have to bring anything but clothes and food, so you can pack minimally and let us handle the rest. BEDROOMS: There are five bedrooms-- 4 downstairs and 1 upstairs. The twin trundle bedroom is one of the downstairs rooms. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a huge TV, and is open concept so you can cook, lounge, and chat and everyone feels included. The TV has Spectrum Cable Service with HD channels. We also have free high-speed Spectrum Internet up to 800 Mbps download. There's a large dining table plus lots of bar seating at the kitchen island. BONUS LIVING ROOM/GAME ROOM: There's a second living room downstairs which attaches to a game room! The living room has ping pong and plenty of seating. The game room features PacMan, NBA Jam, Golden Axe, Mortal Combat, and Street Fighter. PARKING: Alley parking, room for 4 cars KITCHEN: Our brand new kitchen is large with a ton of counter space. Making large family dinners has never been more convenient. The kitchen cabinets include dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, silverware, and wine glasses. There are a large variety of pots and pans, frying pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, bake ware, can opener, corkscrew, cooking and steak knives. There is a toaster, blender, Keurig 2.0 coffee maker, K-Cup holder/dispenser that we keep full with a variety of pods, a regular coffee pot and filters. We have plenty of dishes, plates and tableware to accommodate large groups. OUTDOORS: The inside of this house is gorgeous, but it's San Diego, so we had to go all out with the outdoor space. You'll love the new jacuzzi, seating area, heat lamp, outdoor games, lighting, and spaces to lounge and hang out. The outdoor space is great for pups, too! MISC: Dogs are welcome!
