Great hosts, easy check in. Place was so clean I wondered if we were the first guests after a remodel (but no paint smell, so I think not!) Super close to Ball State. One call out is that we stayed for a few days and cooked two dinners. The kitchen has just about everything that you'd need, but this is not somebody's vacation house that they rent out. There were no supplies like oil, cooking spray, tin foil, spices. That's not a critique; it is just different from other houses we rented. Make sure you buy all those supplies when you go to the grocery store! Hosts are super nice, flexible and helpful!

This was a great place to stay for our time in Muncie to visit a friend. The house was perfect for our needs & is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were quick to respond to my messages and very accommodating. I appreciate that pets are not allowed and that there isn't carpeting, as my friend with allergies was comfortable.
There are a couple grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants very close by so it was easy to pick up everything we needed. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I come to Muncie!

Upscale accommodations and finishes make this rental a great place all around. Every detail is perfection and the owners are very easy to work with and responsive to any and all questions. The location is great for BSU but just enough away from the noise and congestion of campus. This is a house in a neighborhood but it is super easy to get in and out of quickly.

This house was cozy and clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are plentiful and close by. Communication with the owners was very easy and quick. We would stay there again.
