The living area boasts classic decor with wooden accents throughout, inviting sofas where you can spread out and relax, and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essentials for preparing homemade meals. From here, you have direct access to the covered, river-facing front porch. Another side porch offers views of a lovely old shade tree and a tire swing for the kids. This level also hosts a bedroom with an en suite bath and access to a second covered deck - this one equipped with an outdoor dining area and a gas grill for summer cookouts.
