We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect! There were plenty of towels. The robes were nice. We loved sitting in the hot tub at night. The location was perfect for exploring the parks! Everything was as described or better! Thank you so much!

Well-equipped, clean, beautiful condo to stay at for a trip to the beautiful Rocky Mountains! Lianne was friendly, quick and thorough with her communication and answering any questions as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would fully recommend the Grotto Mountain Guesthouse!

Absolutely fantastic property! Exactly what we hoped and even better than the photos. Owner was excellent to work with. Highly recommend this place. Great location in town; teenagers loved the pool, hot tub and work out room; kitchen appliances and utensils fully stocked and in great shape; beds were comfortable. Overall a fantastic holiday. Thank you Lianne!!! We will be back again!

The property was conveniently located close to the Canmore town center and was walkable from the condo. Unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a week-long stay. Lianne checked in with us after arriving to make sure we had everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again!

Our Family rented the Grotto Mountain Guest house for a couple of days in March. The place was fabulous and was well stocked with everything you could imagine you might need on a vacation. Our host, Lianne, was very available and great to deal with. While in Canmore we hiked Grotto Canyon, keeping with the theme, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Having a balcony that overlooked the pool was an added bonus. Canmore is a great place to visit and having Grotto Mountain Guesthouse for a place to stay made our visit even better. The unit is excellent- clean, spacious with pretty much all you need. Location is convenient. Not much in walking distance but a short drive to everything. We only used the pool once as it was pretty busy on the long weekend. The owners were very helpful and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Only thing I’d add is a streaming device for the tv but overall, 5 stars and would stay again.

Everything was just perfect, from planning stages until check-out. The home looks exactly like the photos, is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the location is convenient to everything. The beds were soooo comfortable and although we didn’t use the pool/ hot tub, everyone who did seemed to love them. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to everyone traveling to Banff!

The entire process was smooth, start to finish. The property felt very homey and had every convenience in the kitchen you would want or need for a getaway. Bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully appointed. Close enough to all the wonders of Banff, while being just far enough you could disconnect from the tourism. When needed to connect with the host for a question, received an immediate response. Thank you for sharing your home!

This property was great and exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect as it was not in a crowded area of town but still close to everything. Convenient underground parking. Welcoming lobby and easy access to condo. It felt very comfortable as soon as we arrived and the pool and hot tub were great after the drive to Canmore. We found everything we needed already in the condo. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in with us during our stay. Staying here definitely helped to make our trip that much better and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We are a family of 5 with three teens looking for a place to be a base for lots of outdoor fun. Everything worked out perfectly with our stay. The location is perfect for daily adventures into Banff and Jasper. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to relax after a day of hiking, biking and paddling. The unit itself was immaculate and very comfortable with plenty of amenities for making our own meals. Our host was very attentive checking in by email making sure everything was perfect. Very highly recommend!

The place was even better than the photos!! We were so delighted upon walking in to see where we would be staying for our first vacation to Alberta and our first vacation since covid. The location is absolutely perfect. The pool area was great for my kids and the view of the mountains in the background was beautiful. Our hosts were fabulous! We would recommend this to anyone :)

We had such a great time in Banff and having this property to come home to every evening was the icing on the cake. It is very clean and very well stocked with bedding, towels, all the kitchenware needed and most importantly games! We were able to explore the many beautiful surroundings and come home to our comfortable VRBO in the evenings. Lianne was checking in with us regularly to make sure that we had everything we needed. Great stay, great place and great hosts! Look forward to coming back soon!

My family and I enjoyed this location. It was very comfortable, had all of the amenities we were looking for in a rental, was clean and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and the great room was just large enough for the four of us. The location was just off of the highway, which allowed for easy access to all of the sites we headed to for our day trips. The condo was also a short walk or drive from downtown Canmore.

Our stay at this VRBO was great. The lay-out of the condo is roomy and the view of the mountains is spectacular. It felt like walking in to your own home for a week. We will definitely re-book in the future.

Our family had a wonderful time in Canmore/Banf snowboarding lake Louise and Sunshine . on our off days' hiking and sightseeing. The condo was wonderful very spacious in every room. We like how the host branded mug's shampoo conditioner bottles with the Grotto name on them (adding robes and Branding them would be a nice added touch) for those walks to and from the pool/hot tub area on those cold days. Banf Parking Pass was nice to have when entering the Banf national park. Internet was a little spotty couldn't stream off my apple tv (more for the kids at night before bed :) ) but that wouldn't deter us from coming back we would definitely recommend your condo to others

We’ve stayed in a number of VRBOs in Canmore and this is by far our favourite! The overall building and individual unit is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. We love the easy access to downtown, the outdoor pool and hot tub which we used daily, and the underground parking. The owners were lovely to deal with and were easily accessible throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was fantastic! We have stayed at the Stone Ridge Mountain resort in the past, but this suite has by far been our favorite. It was super clean and decorated wonderfully for Christmas. I looooved the garland and the Christmas tree! Beautiful touch! Check in process was a breeze. Definitely recommend

Place was excellent and clean, they just replaced the fridge and it worked perfectly, dishwasher needs replacing, very loud. The owner was very quick in responding and is aware of the loudness.

This unit is great. It has a beautiful view of the pool and mountains from the deck. Both bedrooms are large and there was plenty of room for a pack and play in either bedroom. The pool and hot tub area is awesome. The pool was heated to a great temperature and we never had trouble getting chairs. The hosts were easy to contact and were accommodating to our needs. We hope we can stay here again.

Came to Canmore to celebrate my 50th birthday. This property was great and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The master bedroom is a great size and has a beautiful ensuite bathroom. The patio looks over the outside pool and hot tub area but the unit still has some privacy from the other units with how the trees are planted which was nice. The pool area is beautiful, with views of the mountains and is a great space to enjoy. The host was great with communicating details that were required for our stay. Would stay here again.
