Convenient location and comfortable room.
The room was neat, modern and refurbished. The location was excellent being close to the lake and the town centre. The hotel was very close for meals. parking was free and plentiful.
The walls were thin and one adjoining room occupant liked their TV loud with the Fast and Furious revving late in the night.

Huge disappointment
Couldn't use facilities as they were too unsanitary. There was someone else's leftover food scraps in my fridge and bathroom hadn't even been cleaned
The filthy bathroom, food scraps in my fridge, open access to sliding door from anyone walking down the street. No fence or security at all

Clean rooms but to many issues and not a comfortable stay.
The room was clean.
We had no idea where to pick up keys or drop keys when we arrived and departed. We had to ask people if they knew. No information about where we can get breakfast or any information at all. The inside blinds in the room banged all night due to wind entering through a gap. The toilet roll holder is in the most ridiculous spot. To sit on the toilet, we had to move the toilet roll as it sticks out over the toilet seat. We had to be aware when going to the toilet as the toilet roll holder could hurt if you sat back on the seat. There are no extra blankets, just a thin coverlet on the bed.

great value room. the ajoining pub is supurbly operated with very attentative staff and amazing food
room standard was a very pleasant surprise.Cleanliness and fit & finish was awsome. Very comfy beds and the television was a very good size with the latest features including chromecast. will be back.
not really much to dislike. room was fractionly smaller than a regular motel room but made up for it in the high standard of the fixtures , fittings and cleanliness.
