Staff are friendly. Bed is comfortable.
No kettle/coffee facility in the stable rooms which was disappointing as it is freezing in the early morning and late evenings.

The rooms were upgraded and really lovely and comfortable - a little smaller than expected for a family room - not too much space to move around in, but beautifully put together, clean, neat and tidy. Our cupboard was unfortunately unusable as it had a leak and was very wet and damp and full of mold.
They need to cater more for families with small children. There was no kiddies menu / catering for children. It was advertised as bed and breakfast which lead us to believe we could bring food and would have access to a mini fridge and microwave in our rooms, but this was not the case. So we were forced to order off the menu but none of the options available were portioned for small children and catered to their food requirements.

The room was neat and tidy. very nice bed and linen.
Room was quite small with a large bed. No space for luggage storage. No tea?coffee in the room. No refuse bin etc, until requested. NB: No hotel management of reception staff although very new. ( He really tried hard ).

the breakfast was scrumptious, the hostess was so kind and well-organised, the walks to the river and the garden surrounds were so peaceful. The room was so comfortable and the staff were really accommodating.
I even took my Small Dog, and the establishment is very pet friendly! I will be going back!

The area and location are very pretty and scenic. The accommodation was separate and quiet with even a full occupation of the Hotel it was never known. The drive to and from the Hotel over the 4 days was very pleasant and peaceful. Alot of attractions in the area, midlands meander. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, which ensured a very nice stay.
The accommodation was marketed with WiFi which was very poor reception to none. This impacted on worked which was planned for during the evening negatively. The breakfast was served from 08h00 which was late for early commitments. Being a real weekend focused accommodation, which was impacting on my stay to Monday, not having access to a restaurant on Sunday or Monday morning, although they offered a breakfast pack.

Beautiful Stay at Hebron hotel! Bonus to have our fury friends come along. Great food and atmosphere. We will definitely be back in the near future!

Loved absolutely everything ! Our new favourite place :) The staff were super friendly and even better that they allow dogs.

The location. The room was well maintained and clean. The hotel is overall good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The were no heaters in the rooms which made a cold winters night a bit uncomfortable. There were no emergency lights or candles in the room to allow you to cope with loadshedding/blackouts which last more than 2 hours. I would suggest placing heaters in the rooms and supplying an emergency light in each room.
Due to loadshedding the staff did not receive the booking but this was sorted out when the power returned. Perhaps having a UPS for your computers and internet equipment could avoid this scenario.
