This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house is situated on a large private lot within a golf course community. Agave Palms is located within 2 miles of an Intercoastal waterway marina and 6 golf courses!! With a sunroom and a bonus room, this home provides ample space for relaxation, entertainment, and hobbies. The inviting ½ acre of land and large private backyard with mature trees, provides privacy and shade for outdoor activities and relaxation. In addition, you will have a view of Blue Agave , a Olive Tree, Pear and Crab apple trees, a Gold Nugget Loquat, beautiful Magnolia trees and Palm trees. As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room that's perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with extras like: a Frigidaire 5 gallon water dispenser, stainless steel 2 door fridge, flat top stove, Toaster Oven, Microwave, stainless steel pots & pans, Keurig Coffee Machine, stocked up to get you started with all the essentials, full size washer and dryer, extra fridge and freezer in the laundry room for extra provisions and other items needed for the beach. The pantry has ample storage with lots of extras like a blender, outdoor bbq supplies and more. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, making it perfect for preparing delicious meals for your friends or family. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is complete with a 45” flat screen tv, tray ceilings with a ceiling fan, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, an open shower and a large walk-in closet. The Master bathroom includes towels, blow dryer, magnifying mirror and toiletries (soaps, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner) Bedroom 2: Is furnished with a 42” TV, a dresser, a ceiling fan, arm chair, closet and a Queen Bed. Bedroom 3: Furnished with a 42” TV, a Large oversized Futon, a ceiling fan, a dresser and a closet. Bedroom 4: The furnished room over the garage (FROG) is a versatile space that has a 42” TV, 2- Twin Beds, a Futon, and a Queen size Air Mattress available in the closet for additional sleep room if needed. The FROG also has a wonderful Egg chair, ceiling fan, additional tower and floor fans available in the closet. The Nostalgic lights give the room a fun, unique feel in this great space during your stay. The 3rd bathroom includes towels, blow dryer and toiletries (soaps, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner.) The sunroom is a fantastic addition that invites you to enjoy the natural light and warmth, and it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind with candles , lights, ceiling fan and spacious seating. The two-car garage provides plenty of room for vehicles and storage as well as a Tesla Charger that is available for guests with a Tesla (on request). We also have a variety of outdoor sporting goods available for our Agave Palm Guests: a Golf Caddy, 2 Boogie Boards, 2 Skimboards, a cooler, a beach cart, 2 lounge beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, 3 small child camping chairs, beach toys, 4 pickleball boards, 4 tennis racquets, beach toys. The laundry room is conveniently located for easy access, right outside the Kitchen with a medium sized Freezer/Fridge. Agave Palms is located just a mile (15-20 minute walk to Ironclad Golf and Brewery, Shaka Taco, and a large Pickleball court. There are weekly live bands playing at Ironclad Golf & Shaka Taco as well as tons of space to let the kids run freely with outdoor games and space. Agave Palms is 15 minutes from the stunning Topsail Island beaches and three piers, and 2-5 miles from Surf city and all shopping, nautical thrifting, golf, driving ranges, ice cream, Sea Turtle Rescue, Kiwanis Park (2 miles down the road) with a public Batting Cage, 4 lighted baseball/softball fields, 3 lighted football/soccer/lacrosse fields, 1 practice turf field, 2 sand volleyball courts, 2 playgrounds, walking trail and more! Spa tub did not work and there was no hot tub - other than that the gum ball machine had me running to the store for quarters....my grand kids love it. Needed a get away after we suuddenlyblost a wonderful husband, father & Poppy

The house was awesome. So much space for the 9 of us. It was so clean All the appliances were new and worked to perfection. Fast WIFI and it had everything we needed. The only thing we had to buy was food. It was fully furnished everything you need from spices in the kitchen to towels. To stay here all you need is your cloths and food it literally has everything. When we come back this will be the only place we will stay. It was worth every second.

When your first walk into the property it smells amazing.....nice and clean...beautiful property....has every accomodation you can think of...beautiful layout....15 minutes to surf city beach public access...property is surrounded by a anything you would need as far as a grocery store or anything else you may need....we will definitely be back and will recommend to others..

Everything was excellent from communication to cleanliness. The house is very spacious and was more than enough room for our group of friends and family. We had plenty of fun playing some of the older games like Jenga, connect 4, and battleship. Would recommend this place and definitely stay here again.

First thing we noticed was that the house was spotless! The pictures didn’t do it justice! Much more beautiful in person. Very roomy and comfortable and lot’s of attention to detail. Loved the accent lighting, which we’re gonna copy! Lots of extras were provided and a wonderful gift bag! We highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!
