Upstairs you will find the four spacious bedrooms. The gorgeous primary bedroom is loaded with amenities such as the en-suite bathroom, large closet, flat screen TV, and the private balcony which is always a favorite. The other three bedrooms each boast a queen bed and share the second full bathroom. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for kiddos and dogs. With a bunch of games, new outdoor furniture and the fire-table it makes for a truly special to enjoy every moment you can. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. Pet friendly **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets).
