Welcome to your gorgeous remodeled condo unit # 104 at Kihei Resort ! Many upgrades ! If you desire professionally cleaned, comfortable and high-quality accommodations, this is exactly what you will get while staying at Kihei Resort. Kihei Resort is centrally located and close to many eateries and shopping . This beautifully appointed ground floor unit was just REMODELED and has easy ground floor access with no stairs. You will be most satisfied with this condo as it boasts a large living area and many comforts of home. This unit will accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The adjustable King Mattress Firm bed is complete with new pillows, new and lush linens. Extra guests will sleep comfortably on the NEW Italian Queen sofa sleeper located in the living area. No springs! Window A/C in living area AND bedroom! This condo includes a washer/dryer in unit, bath AND beach towels, shampoo, conditioner , laundry soap, dryer sheets, iron, and much more !!! Pack light if reserving with me ! Kihei Resort offers a pristine clean pool and jacuzzi. You will find your own reserved parking stall with no fees. This resort also offers lush grounds with waterfalls and tropical foliage. We have a BBQ area in the back of the resort for your convenience. You will be located within one mile of cafes, shopping and eateries. This unit has everything you will need and more for your Maui vacation getaway. Provided for your stay- NEW Tommy Bahama beach chairs, NEW beach towels, NEW beach umbrella, NEW cooler and NEW beach toys for fun in the sun beach days! We provide many extras! Nice modern one bedroom apartment. Spacious living room. Only minor issue was the bathroom not being sound isolated from the rest of the apartment but apart from that everything was as described online. The provided beach chairs and equipment were super helpful. Didn’t have to rent anything.

Pleasant stay. Well equipped with everything you think you would need. Nice hot tub in front to relax in and centrally located on south Maui. Close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would love stay again.

Very clean and convenient apartment, well packed with modern appliances and kitchen supplies. TV support Smart view technology. The only small problem - conditioner is a little noisy, but that is typical for window based systems, so expected.

We loved our stay here, great access to south Maui. It was wonderful to come back from the beach or exploring and soak in the tub. Cleanest pool and hot tub we have ever been in. (Though there is an onsite pool manager who will monitor pool to ensure users are quiet- great for those who want quiet but maybe not so much for those with active children. We weren’t traveling with children but overheard his correction of other families.) The unit is right next to the pool and the parking spot is close as well. Loved our stay and hope to be back.

Overall it was great and much cheaper than nearby hotels. One thing that needs attention is that the freezer/ice container had not been emptied for some time as the ice cubes were all stuck together. Other than that it was great and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 10 days in this unit. Place is nicely decorated, clean, and has many plates/cups/utensils in the kitchen. There is 1 window AC unit in the living room and 1 window AC unit in the bedroom. We found that using the ceiling fan in the bedroom was enough to cool us down during sleep as the window ac can be noisy. Susan was very prompt in answering our questions. Found this to be one of the better renovated condos in Kihei. Would stay here again!

The condo was very clean and super cozy. The location was convenient to all of our activities. We even decided to extend our stay - the owner was so nice!! I would definitely stay again and recommend to all my family and friends!

The property itself is in a great centralized location. It was beautifully remodeled and had everything we needed inside! A true pleasure to stay and incredibly hard to leave!! We are so grateful we chose this rental!

Absolutely loved this place. Gorgeous rental, spotless, roomy, great location. Place was also stocked with just about everything, including gear for beach activities.
Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Maui.

Property is really pretty & a had a good stay. Susan & her team were very responsive & helpful. Condo is in a nice location with pretty common grounds. Only drawback is that it is not so walkable/close to the town area of Kihei & while across the street from the beach, they're not the most swimmable. Would stay again!!
