Other bedrooms (2 have King beds and 1 has twin beds) use spacious Hall Bath. All King beds have 680 thread count Pima Cotton sheets. All mattresses and pillows bought in 2023 and encasement mattresses pads to protect against spills and bugs. Many other new items and furniture bought in 2023 like sofa and TV. Carpet in all bedrooms was replaced in 2022 and rest of home has light tile flooring. Home has a Breakfast area off large Kitchen with Bar seating. The Dining Room opens to Den that has a sofa, chair & ottoman, and barley twist chair, gas log fireplace, Bar area, and a ROKU TV for easy streaming.
