FAQ How far are we from the beach? Moving around Tulum is quite easy, if you rent a bike, the nearest beach would be at around 30 minutes away from our properties. Or by car, 15 minutes away. Is the pool or plunge pool hot? None of them are heated, since the normal temperature in Tulum is 28 ° C (Cold Water) Closest shop/convenience store? We recommend our guest to bring their own grocery shopping. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car. You can either go to “Super Aki” or “Chedraui” or convenience store 3 m in walking away Do we modify reservations? We do not modify any confirmed reservation due to external things to us, we can only extend reservation dates if we have availability. Can I have more friends over in the property? Getting Around: Most of our guests rent a car so they can move freely and go to Tulum center, to the hotel zone and visit all the amazing places that are around. Inside Tulum you can take taxis or you can rent a bike! There’s also a bus station from a company called ADO just about 5 minutes away from Intima Resort that you can take to go to many places like the airport, Playa del Carmen, Cancun, etc. About 3 USD for a taxi ride from the ADO Bus terminal. Other Things to Note: Please note that La Veleta is a developing neighborhood with unpaved roads, adding a sense of adventure to your stay. As we are nestled in the jungle, bugs may occasionally be present. Power outages are possible but rest assured that the condo is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. 1.
