Experience a space that's as unique and trendy as the West End itself. You'll have the entire penthouse apartment to yourself. The backyard area and laundry area are shared. We are available through the Airbnb app as well as by phone. We give our guests privacy, but are nearby if you need assistance during your stay. Street parking only, which is free throughout our neighborhood, but can get crowded after 5pm. We have optional on site parking available at 40/night when available. There is a paid lot two blocks away that guests can use if needed. The apartment is a third floor penthouse and you must climb 2.5 steps of stairs to access. STHR-004850-2022

Very cute apartment, clean, cozy, and just as pictured! We had everything that we needed and were quite comfortable with 3 of us. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests while on property. A few things worth being clear on: -The apartment is very hard to identify in the dark, so try to arrive during daylight! -The steps up are quite narrow and a bit tricky with luggage. There are also steps outdoors to get up to the building from the street. -There is a "couch mattress" provided for the sofa, making it a comfortable place for a single person to sleep. The futon might be tight for two unless they are both on the smaller side. -Parking can be quite difficult; there are very steep hills in the neighborhood and we had to park as far as a 15 minute walk away. Sidewalks in front of the building are extremely uneven in areas. As most of this was communicated in the listing, I give 5 stars for a clean and cozy stay!

Great apartment, very comfortable, beautiful renovation, and walkable to many parts of the city. Very happy with our stay. Quiet neighborhood too.

We had some communication problems through VRBO to start with. I had not received the automated access instructions. When I called David he was instantly very helpful and got us the information immediately. The space was great for two people. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. The stair case is a little steep, but if that is not a problem it is a great place to stay.
