Lovely apartment , a few nice little touches, very pleasant stay

No negatives

1. generous bathroom and shower space with removable shower head 2. Good cooking equipment such as gas cooktop, wooden cutting board, iron frypan, reasonable knives 3. direct access to the swimming pool from apartment balcony 4. spacious living room 5. There are two car parking space 6. cling wrap, foil and sandwich bags are supplied, very considerate. 7. Free wifi 8. The window shutters are elegant.

1. It is dirty: ceilings are covered with dust, especially along the vent path; the floor is sticky to walk on; the room smells musty, the dishes weren't clean (some of the wine glasses weren't cleaned at all) 2. Lack of storage cupboard space in the kitchen. Too much kitchen stuff. Can use a de-clutter, only keep those essentials. 3. We were only given one set of the keys for an apartment sleeps 6 at check-in and was told there isn't second set of keys. Next day when we made complaint, another set of keys were given but no garage access, even though the parking for the apartment is two cars. 4. Key collection is too far 5km away from the apartment. On top of it, at check-out, you have to return the key to there too rather than simply leaving the keys in the apartment. 5. Poor management. Management staff is not responsive and is not knowledgeable about the apartment. I sent a message to the management staff, no one returned my message. 6. Too stingy on the kitchen towel, only supply 1. At least there should be 2. 7. Only 2 laundry sachet. Can be little more generous. 8. There isn't fly-screen door from the living room to the balcony. Can use one. 9. Poor maintenance. The bathtub plug is already disintegrated and the bathtub silicon seal (where the bathtub join the wall) has separated from the surface and nobody has noticed it or care about it. I had to make a temporary plug with kitchen foil to take a bath. If the bathtub seal is not replaced soon, there would be leaking and mould problems. 10. The mattresses are saggy. Need new mattresses

Room has swim up balcony. Nice size for a family.

Slightly run down. Needs a refresh.
