Naprosto uzasny prostorny podkrovni cisty, teply a dobre zarizeny byt! umisteny v klidne lokalite, presto kousek do centra a vsech atrakci. Byt je teply (my zrovna vychytali teploty +2C v kvetnu, takze jsme ocenili, ze byt je teply), v koupelne jsou vyhrivane podlahy. Byt je prostorny, tichy. Byl k dispozici i Netlix - super bonus! Komunikace s majitelem byla bezvadna, byl vsticny a napomocny, vyhovel nam i s pozdejisim check-out (o 1h pozdeji). Stockholm nas celkove uchvatil, planujeme dalsi navstevu a prave v tomto byte zase. Dekujeme a tesime se!

Fanns Gateau över gatan - suveränt.
Informationen runt var rummet låg - inte tydligt att man skulle ta hiss till 4 vån sedan trappor.

L'emplacement, l'espace et les équipements. Très calme.
La distribution des pièces est un peu compliquée: salle d'eau dans la chambre et le chauffage un peu juste.

Easy to get there, it’s close to downtown and overnight parking was free.
No pictures on the walls, some decor will make it perfect.

Bel emplacement, proche d'un parc et d'un supermarché, et à 20 min de marche du centre. Appartement calme et bien équipé pour 3 personnes. Les instructions données pour accéder au logement ont été claires et précises.
On ne pouvait pas ouvrir certaines fenêtres. Le 4è lit est dans un coin de la pièce principale ( mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment gêné car nous étions 3 ).

Great location - close to Odenplan transportation hub with lots of restaurants, shops and a park around. The property had everything you need - comfortable beds, bath, small kitchen. It is very quite facing internal garden.
It is on the 4th floor without a lift. The bathroom (shower) is very small and somehow the water pressure is very low. It is comfortable for 2. We had to buy extra toilet paper (only one was provided) and any necessity (e.g salt). The balcony can’t be used in practice.

This is a nice, modern apartment in central Stockholm, close to Odenplan. It has a sofa in the living room, and a bedroom with plenty of storage space. Since the apartment is on the 5th floor and is well insulated, it is quiet.
Minor things: There was no kettle in the kitchen. I boiled my tea water in a pot on the stove. And beware: the (historic) elevator goes only to the 4th floor. One needs to climb the stairs to the 5th floor.

+ didn't hear neighbours nor sounds from the street.
- pictures in the offering are from several apartments all together. It would be nice to see them grouped to select and review by each rental unit.
- the apartment we were in lacked a bin in the bathroom, hangers in the hallway, kitchen towels, which would be good to provide for future guests.
- no tea, coffee, no condiments in the kitchen; no shampoo nor bodywash in the bathroom (not an issue for us, just general warning for other fellow visitors).
- too expensive compared to alternatives. I advise to operate with the value in SEK in your calculations, do not count on the provided sum in EUR as the real sum you pay in EUR will be bigger.

The location is great, close to the central trainstation and metrostations. The appartment is in a very quiet building. The beds are good and we got enough towels. We enjoyed our stay!

The location was good for us as it was quieter and an easy 10-15 minute walk to centre
Beds comfortable and property spotless and plenty towels
Very little we did not like but could do with blackout blinds, coffee filter paper or small kettle, it would have been helpful to have a few essentials like milk, bread, etc
