Very helpful staff, convenient location (12 min walk to Plaza de Armas, decent breakfast. Bathrooms are dated and could be cleaner.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good variety for breakfast. Next to San Pedro market and a supermarket. Waking distance to main square. ATM is right next door. All is great. They hired a taxi for us to go to airport at a fraction of what I paid online.

Very small room, no place for the luggage. Central hotel with good location in the city. Safe and big. Poor breakfast

Good place, the pictures are representative of the property. It is in a good location in Cusco, one negative is a little loud in rooms at times given the older building but otherwise good.

The hotel is well kept and staff & services are pretty good. Location is good for tourists. Constant noise from adjacent busy street traffic is hard to ignore. Rooms and facilities are tight wishing for more space but there simply isn’t any.

Yesterday, before we check in, I tried to contact to the hotel directly to change reserved room(s). No answers phone call. Sent text but no response so we couldn’t change the reservation. We couldn’t communicate till we checked in.

Our stay was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel was well maintained and kept very clean. The area was only a short walk from the main plaza.

Cozy, clean, safe, and conveniently located. One of the cutest and coziest hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast was full of local delicious foods. Above all, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and confortable. A special thanks to Renzo at the front desk; very polite, respectful, and helpful. Would definitely recommend Quechua Hotel.
