The room wasn’t clean and there was not a cleaning service available unless we paid 25€ for each day. The walls were dirty, as well as the curtains, the bedsheets and the towels. Moreover, the bathroom sink was clogged and never fixed (though we asked for help 3 times, over a period of 4 days). There were plasters and other things in it which made it Impossible even to wash our hands or teeths. Couldn’t keep the water open for more than 2 seconds. Apart from the room being extra small -which is ok, though we asked to change it two times- overall the hotel is not clean and not properly managed. Unfortunately, we expected more from a 3 stars hotel…but they do not deserve them. A guy at the reception seemed to be listening to us though nothing really happened or changed. So we lost confidence even in him. Of course, we weren’t even asked how our stay was at the end of the stay…guess why.

No wifi in rooms

Close to the beach Kebab shop with burgers downstairs (separate from hotel) Some of the staff seemed nice

No wifi!! No toilet paper at check in No pillow cases on pillows One of the balcony doors wouldn't close - letting in bugs Staff didn't seem to care about changing my room because of this - which was dissapointing - they told me 'in case there are other check ins' after having to keep my bags packed for so long for a room I paid for - I just decided to put up with it so I could at least unpack I presumed this happened because I had already paid for the room, so they already had their $ and didn't care AC was terrible Cigarette smoke on my floor coming into my room at night time Noise - you can hear EVERYTHING. Including cocaine cowboy in the room behind mine People constantly trying to get into adjoining door to the room behind mine - the door handle happened to be right beside my bed. Hotel staff knocked on my door 3 separate times for strange reasons - 2 of those were to 'see if the room was occupied' making me question the safety of my belongings whilst I was away Toilet seat had urine on it at check in Bad smell coming from sink in the bathroom No housekeeping or garbage pick up
