Once inside you’ll see your full size kitchen with every appliance already there for you. Of course if you want to relax don’t hesitate to turn on the hot tub! Plus you get service non stop from the staff 24/7, you’ll enjoy a margarita at the adult pool, or catch a late night flick at the theater! If you want to get away from the heat go and enjoy a massage on site for complete FREE. Every amenity on site is free with exception of cabanas for rental. I hope you enjoy your stay with us!

Our stay in Las Vegas was made complete by staying at Ron’s amazing spacious executive apartment. The amenities were first class all the way to the extremely clean and comfortable bedding. Our panoramic view of MGM’s pool area made for an enjoyable time, as well. Check in/ check out was fast and simple: No surprises. We arrived in an over sized vehicle and with a little coaxing, the attendants at the MGM Signature Building 1 took great care of our vehicle and parked it right at the front door during our entire stay! This is THE place to stay in the heart of the L. V. Strip!!! :)

When I’m in Vegas, I much prefer condo living with all of its amenities to a hotel room. The staff is helpful and courteous. The property is clean and inviting and the Strip is a few blocks away. Excellent stay as always.
