It's less than 2 miles from the nearest beach. Peace and tranquility reign from the Mediterranean garden with its fountain, sounds of nature and hummingbirds. This bright and sunny home also offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dining and relaxing. The downstairs living room opens onto the private patio and herb garden with panoramic views of Montecito Mountains. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials for enjoying meals at home. Dine indoors or alfresco in the garden for a true Santa Barbara living experience. Savor breakfast or tea with morning or late afternoon coastal breezes from a second private brick patio, located off the master bedroom. Beautiful, clean , comfortably furnished condo on a quiet cul-de-sac in Montecito with privacy in both patios. Well equipped kitchen, superb radio and WiFi. New dishwasher, and, in attached garage, clothes washer and dryer. Easy walking(1-2 blocks) to excellent restaurants, shops and the public library. We will return every winter as long as we can!

The minute I opened the gate to this charming cottage I felt at home. I loved waking up each morning to walk out onto the front stone patio and garden filled with bougainvillea and lovely fountain facing the mountains - It felt like Tuscany The cottage is cozy and has all the amenities . Although the kitchen is small, it suited my purpose I did not spend much time cooking. Everything was clean and in pristine condition except for the bathroom which needs a bit of s facelift. I would definitely return to this hideWay. I really enjoyed meeting the neighbors too! Loved the location - 5 minute drive to downtown and a ten minute jog to the beach.
