Seriously, this VRBO ranks higher than any I have ever stayed in (and I am very picky)! Absolutely adorable decor, perfectly clean, snacks and water throughout and the kindest owners. The communication was amazing and honestly I cannot give this place enough praise! Also, within minutes to Main Street Franklin, so the location is perfect!

The Franklin Bunkhouse is Beautiful!!! Extremely clean, well decorated, and great amenities!!! Snacks and water left for us, plenty of towels and extra blankets, and games for the kids to play inside and out!! By far the nicest rental we have stayed in! The hosts were quick to respond and always helpful!

This was by far the most amazing VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully decorated top to bottom! Every small touch like a hand written welcome letter, blankets, labels on the light switches, snacks, water bottles, and even a hot cocoa bar are thoughtfully placed throughout the house. The upstairs bathroom is adorable and offers a unique and clever way for multiple guests to keep towels and belonging organized with the use of clever animal prints. The upstairs also provided endless hours of games for the kids to play. We traveled during the Christmas holiday and there was a small decorated tree for us to place gifts under. The property manager/owners were so easy to get in touch with an extremely helpful when the occasions for assistance came up, even late at night. I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay near the quaint town of Franklin and hope my family and I may stay the next time we travel to Tennessee.

Wow! Wow! I’ve never stayed in a more welcoming and well decorated home. I mean both in style, function and warmth. Everything we could have asked for was there in this home. This is definitely one to return to. I’ve actually taken a lot of ideas home to set up for my family. So grateful for the memories and relaxation we felt at this home. It felt like a home away from home.

The house is new construction and amazing. The location is perfect and hosts were very accommodating. If you plan yo stay in Franklin, this is the only place you should stay. Can’t wait to return soon
