Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1297 sq. ft modern apartment. Settled in a quiet, restful space yet close to everything. Beautiful views and only a walk away from the Jordan Parkway Trail which weaves in and out of urban areas, parks and marshy areas as it follows the Jordan River for nearly 50 miles, where you can enjoy walking, running, and biking. 20 minutes from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. Parking on the premises. Security camera/recording device — Doorbell Camera - located on the outside, exterior, of the unit on or next to, the front/entry door. The Doorbell Camera is a motion-activated device which actively records any and all motion.

We found this to be a spacious, quiet, well laid out apartment. Easy access and 30 minutes to great ski areas.

Great unit, Property manager was super helpful and in constant communication for any needs. Space and area were exactly what I was looking for.

The townhome was great! Both bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for a "girl's trip", plenty of room for everything. The kitchen was lovely and well equipped. I loved the location as well. The complex was very quiet and well kept. I did not bring my dogs, but it was definitely pet-friendly. I enjoyed that it was just far enough away from town that it was quiet and relaxing, but close enough that it didn't take much time at all to get wherever we wanted to go (20 minutes at the very most). Rannett (the owner/manager) was wonderful. We were updated on anything necessary and given lots of information. Very attentive and concerned about our comfort during our stay. Great trip all around!!
