Villa Angelica enjoys a prestigious location above the exclusive sandy beaches of Fañabe – Bahia del Duque. Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this impressive detached property, comprising 3500 square feet or 325m2 spread over three floors, offering 4 double spacious sunlit bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, breath-taking sea views. Additionally a fully fitted studio with its own bathroom sleeping two has an alternative entrance. The open plan living room and dining area is furnished with 3 comfortable Italian leather sofas and a hand crafted dinner table with 8 chairs, with direct access to the outdoor terrace. Entertainment includes a new 60 inch LED television with 14-days catch up service receiving over 500 television channels; including BBC, ITV channels, and many European channels including French German, Greek, Italian, Polish, Spanish and Swedish also Indian Pakistani and Turkish. Also a DVD player and hi-fi system is provided. The living room and dining area are in open connection to the fully equipped kitchen.The custom made Italian, shaker style kitchen and breakfast room is fitted with Siemens and Bosch appliances and a kitchen table with 6 chairs is provided. The air conditioned master bedroom on the ground floor features fitted wardrobes and an occasional table with two upholstered chairs and, in the en-suite bathroom, a large bathtub and a separate shower enclosure. The air conditioned en suite master bedroom upstairs has an adjoining reading room with a desk and modern chaise-longe. The bedroom opens onto a spacious terrace, to take a leisurely breakfast or catch the last of the days sun, whilst overlooking the ocean. A table with two chairs and two sun loungers and a parasol is provided. Externally the garden is generously planted with a mature selection tropical shrubs and trees, and offers a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool and a children’s pool, both heated during the winter months;The large pool is illuminated automatically for 3 hrs every evening. Both pools are professionally cleaned and pH levels checked weekly. A terrace with loungers and parasols, surrounding the main pool for all-day sun bathing. A shady porch for lunch, a brick built charcoal BBQ and an outdoor rattan lounge seating area for balmy evenings; both provide relaxing open air dining alternatives. A large selection of books, games, CDs & DVDs is provided. WI-FI access is also available at no additional cost. All towels, including Pool towels and Bath robes, are provided. The information book provides numbers for all necessary amenities and suggestions for places of interest to visit. A complimentary offering of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Orange Juice and 5 Liters of drinking water is provided on arrival. Weekly housekeeping service included Non-smokers only, no pets, children welcome. Ideally situated Villa Angelica is just 5 -10 minutes drive from major shopping centers offering a huge choice of Restaurants and Cafés, Shops and Boutiques. The sandy beaches of Bahia Del Duque are just a 10 min drive away as are the beautiful picturesque towns of La Caleta and Adeje, where local traditions and gastronomy can be enjoyed. Several family theme parks such as Siam Park, Aqualand or Aguilas Del Teide are equally accessible by car.

The villa was exactly as described. Everything we needed was available. It is at the top of very steep winding roads and a car or taxi is essential for travelling to and from the villa. We hired a car as there were 8 of us, but the taxi we ordered for a night out came very quickly. The views are amazing especially at night with all the lights below. The pool is great we had a lot of fun in that. The basement accommodation wasnt the best and a bit musty when we first arrived, but that cleared after a while. There are fly nets on the doors which are a great help, but the flies outside were a nuisance. We found though that if you spray the sun beds with fly spray it helps keep them away. Would we come back.....most definitely.

The villa was great for all our needs. The pool was lovely and all the rooms well presented. The check in process was quick and easy with no fuss. The welcome basket was also a really nice touch after an early flight. The villa has everything you could need, but it is at the top of a very large hill, so taxis are a must during your stay. But it’s only €6 to the local town and €14 into player. The agent was brilliant as the WiFi not working when we arrived but an engania fixed it within 24 hours at our convinence. Thank you to the agent for coming out so quickly when the safe had a fault after 9pm on the night before our flight home. It was greatly appreciated as our passports were inside. We had a lovely holiday, and the villa made it perfect.

We have just arrived back from a week at this villa. The customer service, both there and through email was second to none. We were met there as soon as we arrived and was shown around. The villa itself is lovely, the pool is great and the views are amazing. Cannot fault it one bit. Would love to come back again sometime. I would highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our week over New Year at this Villa; from the moment we arrived we were welcomed and escorted to the stunning property perched at the very top of the hill! The views upon arrival blew us away and the spacious rooms with en suites in every room were perfect to kick back and relax after a busy day lounging by the pool! The Villa was kitted out with everything you could possibly need and nothing was too much trouble for our memorable hosts, even after our stay with returning some items left behind. I would definitely recommend staying at the Villa Anglelica, it was the perfect stay and we hope to return shortly for another fun filled family visit! PS the pics do not do this villa justice....it is even better in the flesh!!!

Very big and clean house. Perfect location. Got a welcome basket. The only thing is the washing machine sometimes not working well with program 3. program 2 works well. The studio is in basement, nobody want to live there:(

We visited this villa for a family holiday in July of 2015. To say this place took our breath away is an under statement. It was perfect in every way. A beautiful house with equally beautiful views, perfectly furnished, spacious & roomy. The twin room in the basement of the house would not be everybodys choice as this is not realy a part of the main house, but if you`re unphased by a minor thing like that then this villa is perfect in every way as it still is attached to the house. the property was spotless when we arrived & very well maintained, with the pool cleaned twice weekly. The managers provided an exellent meet & greet service too. Small things like all towels are provided including bath robes are the perfect finishing touches. I have returned home & recommended this place to almost everyone I have spoken to. We will definatey be returning here - didn`t want to come home. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Wow!! This Villa is amazing the pictures do not do it justice at all! A group of 9 of us visited the villa for a weeks holiday. The villa is very spacious and accommodates for everything and the kitxhen facilities are endless. The views are absolutely amazing and the poolside is very spacious and a very good size pool! The villa is situated at the top of a hill so a car would be good or taxis were easily sorted! I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing base to stay.
