The Space: Located on the top floor of a boutique loft apartment building with views overlooking the city and in the heart of Wicker Park, your penthouse sits on the entire floor with ultimate privacy, sleeps 20+ people and is perfectly situated for large groups, families, events, and curated events. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room, seating area, dining room, and chef's kitchen, all connected uniquely across one large open space, creating a one of a kind environment for entertaining and gathering with your group. Your spacious living/seating area/dining room combo is decorated by a local designer with fun modern contemporary furniture and features a large sectional, accent lounge, seating area with four accent chairs, dining table for 14+ people, smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible) and record player for entertainment. Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with brand new gas powered ranges, oven, refrigerator and freezer, large island, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others. Each bed is stripped after every stay and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are swapped with brand new linens for each stay. The unit is stocked with fresh towels for you and your guests. Guest Access: You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email.
