With its central location, you'll find yourself walking to all the best music venues, yoga studios, coffee shops, restaurants, vintage & book stores, bars, parks & more! This home provides a fun, unique way to experience Denver like a local, relax, or get out and get active. With beautiful natural light and a unique atmosphere, this space is guaranteed to lift your mood during your visit. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a clothing rack and dresser provided just for you and the living room has a huge leather couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need for any meal! There is laundry in the house as well available for guest use! *Pablo's Coffee and Subculture are also in the building* for access to coffee and sandwiches! Things that we want to mention: 1) We do live in this home during the time is it not being rented. You will find personal items that may make your stay more unique than a home that is just for VRBO. 2) We live on a busy street. The perk about this is location and being walking distance to everything but the only negative is that you *may* hear people talking as they walk by or cars driving. Other things to note A dog lives here on the days we are not renting out to VRBO. Even though our space is professionally cleaned multiple times a week and there will be no animals here during your stay, please be advised that if you are highly allergic to dogs or animals, we don't recommend that you stay here.
