At the entrance, a corridor with a convenient storage room leads to the open plan living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso machine. This room boasts an access to the balcony with table and chairs where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor meals. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed, a closet and a private balcony as well. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante. Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.
