From the moment I walked in I was made to feel very welcome. I was greeted in English and Spanish. I understand and speak a little Spanish and they were patient with me, but were also able to communicate very well in English. Eric the chef (amazing food both traditional Mexican and a few French and Italian inspired dishes). French press coffee delivered with a cookie to my room every morning and also complementary a la carte breakfast in the dining room. Managers, servers and bartenders are all very nice. Servers Abraham and Adrian! Bartender Juan Manuel! All around man, Fabian. Cheers to Ana Cecilia and Jaime, too!

There is nothing that I didn't like. I am accustomed to the sound of living, being in the center of a town. Come with an open mind that celebrations and daily life are exuberant

Ideal location, 3 minute walk to the Plaza. The hotel has authentic Mexican flare. Restaraunt was very nice, wonderful breakfast!

The location is perfect to be in the middle of the hub-bub of the Village Plaza and very walkable to all attractive locations. The restaurant in the hotel is first class. Some of the best meals had there compare to excellent restaurants anywhere in the world. Family run and super friendly and helpful when in need of language assistance and finding taxis, and other assistance. Eric and crew are awesome Inn Keepers.

French press coffee and delicious pastry delivered to your room at 8:30 am. If you need coffee earlier, you may have to make other arrangements. We bought a small coffee maker for our room and Eric delivered fresh bottled water just for us.

La atención del personal ,te hacen sentir como en casa ,te reciben con un vaso de agua, al amanecer te llevan tu café con galletas a la habitación, incluye un vale de 300 pesos para el desayuno el cual es suficiente, las instalaciones están hermosas, te hacen el dia muy agradable

No hay estacionamiento es lo único ,lo demás perfecto

The staff is amazing- location is great!! Loved the room. Truly enjoyed the personally delivered pressed coffee and pastries each morning in our room! Location = perfection!
