This property fit the needs of our group of 7 from the USA well. It is a few blocks to walk to the bus line, as well as a nice restaurant that was moderately priced. The host was quite nice, and he even includes a few breakfast items in the refrigerator that we all enjoyed.

Loved the windowed day-room/living-room. Great place to relax and read. Free use of bicycles was a real bonus. There is a direct path to a trail that leads downtown, just a 15min ride. Many buses also available. Plenty of parking if you drive. Local grocery stores and a few restaurants - much better than the touristy restaurants downtown.
