This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has been completely renovated with all new furnishing in 2023. Located only 3 miles south of the Surf City Bridge, you’ll experience the convenience of all the island has to offer. On the Ground Level access to the house is through a wet/dry entry with a full 2 car garage and 3 additional outdoor parking spots. On the First Level you can wake up in one of 3 ocean front bedrooms: King with Master Bath, Queen and 2 Doubles with shared bath. All bedrooms share an adjoining deck overlooking the scenic beach and Smart TVs. The spacious master suite with adjoining master bath includes a comfortable King bed, 55” flatscreen TV and workspace for those who want to extend their vacations into a multiweek retreat. We decided to do something different for Christmas this year and we are so happy we did. We got lucky with temps close to 70 each day and the house was more than we could imagine. It is bright, clean and well cared for. Everything was as described in the post and Bryan is so great. He's super responsive, kind and helpful. Check in was smooth. We were sad to go home. Hoping this becomes our annual Christmas family outing. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. We are grateful!

We really enjoyed out stay. We went for a wedding, took the dog with us, and left the kids at home! Lots of fun on the beach with the dog during the day, enjoyed the deck at night, interesting walks at night watching the dog's expression when he saw the crabs. Kitchen had all of the basic needs plus others. Very easy to get to other places!

We have rented many beach places over the years, but this ranks right at the top. Perfect location, great house.
The small deck with benches at the bottom of the stairs to the beach is a perfect place to hang out.
The house is laid out well, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to cook.
Comfortable furniture and beds. Internet and TVs worked great.
Host responded to messages, and got a wonky outdoor AC unit fixed immediately.
Absolutely no negatives.
Will be putting this one on repeat.

Communication, check-in and check-out all went smoothly. The location on the island was perfect for us. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. It was well appointed and beautifully decorated. We loved every minute and hope to rent again in the future.

This is a beautifully decorated and comfortable beach house that was perfect for our family of 7 adults and our new grand baby. We had zero problems, and our host was super attentive to any questions we had, and answered promptly. For a great place to stay, choose The Steel Fin!!

We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this was the absolute best! Very well-appointed kitchen and the entire place was clean and beautiful! Super location! The property manager responded quickly and check-in was very easy. We can’t wait to book it again! Traveled with 2 children under 10, grandparents over 65, and 2 parents. Watching the sunrise from the back deck with my grandkids was the best! Highly recommend this beautiful property

We had a great time at Steel Fin with the kids before school started back! Home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, felt right at home. Perfect quiet beach location, but still very close to all the amenities of town.
Bryan was very responsive and easy to work with. Will save this one on the 'favorites' list for sure!!

We booked this ocean front house last minute. The minute we arrived we knew we had selected a great house and location. The house had more than we could have imagined to make the stay super convenient. The deck and private access to the beach was amazing. All the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Outs not often you feel at home away from home, but that’s how I would describe our experience.
We will definitely be looking to stay here again.
