Sequoyah with amazing views of Downtown Fayetteville and University of Arkansas campus, walking distance to Dickson Street and less than 2 miles to Razorback Stadium. End unit with King bed in bedroom 1 and Queen bed in bedroom 2 with a sleeping sofa in the living room. Cool back patio, side patio, and upstairs patio with incredible views of Fayetteville.

Perfect condo to stay in when visiting the university. Right off of Dickson St. in the heart of town - minutes from everything. We will definitely be back.
