The space Our lake lot is unique in size and it offers a private boat dock and private boat ramp directly into Lake Lanier. Relax on the shady, screened in back porch or hang out in the sunshine on the top level of the private dock. Wonderful home for lake fun and relaxing! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home as well as the private back porch and private dock. Other things to note We have several life jackets available for use, as well as lake toys and floats, two single kayaks and plenty of beach towels.
