We really enjoyed our stay! Matt was a friendly and attentive host. We settled in very quickly and felt like we were at home. The facilities were excellent and had been thoroughly cleaned. You have everything you need in this flat for your convenience and plenty of shops nearby if you need to quickly get something. I would definitely recommend this flat to others and would happily stay here again.

Although the location is very close to Southend high street, the sound coming from the street below was noisy at night. Almost every night there was a drunken argument or someone shouting. This is hard to prevent, but perhaps double glazed windows will help to block out some sound. Furthermore, the bed was a little too small for 2 people. I would suggest upgrading to a bigger size.
