Great location on the river
The tap water smelled very bad

Cozy little place in a neat town.
The water smelled pretty bad, the washer leaked, and we could only get one remote to work for the tvs. Otherwise it was great!

house was exactly as advertised. great tiny house. easy access to river and great in evening to watch the deer. not far from town. upper loft great, especially for kids.
queen mattress in upper loft would be better if it were the mattress vs. the boxspring. Although there was a mattress topper on it, would be better if it were a 3"-4" memory foam topper.
also, for some reason we could not get the remotes to the TV's to work properly.
