Amazing stay

Amazing vibe of this hostel. I stayed in 12 bed dorm of this property and most of the people were travelling solo. I had a great time here. Staff is super friendly. Done some tours with fellow travelers as this hostel is organising tours around Rishikesh on daily basis and it was awesome you get enough time to socialise with others.

The double bed room is really cute

Cozy rooms, sweet views and nice rooftop!

I wish I had known before that the closest bridge (Laxman Jhula) is, and has been for quite a while, closed. That made reaching the hostel a bit difficult, as you have to take a boat that only runs until approximately 5:30pm

Just love it. If in Rishikesh, do stay in Joey’s.

It’s a must visit place. Thanks to Joey Stay. Its has got a lovely Ganga view, highly supportive staff and amazing rooms. My special thanks to David bhaiya and Rahul bhaiya… for making the stay so comfortable.

Perfect location, The hostel is around 10 minutes walk from Ram jhula

Best ganga view hostel

Vistas inmejorables

Me quedé que la habitación individual y las vistas eran espectaculares. El personal fue amable y me ayudó a conseguir el taxi al aeropuerto de Delhi y algunas excursiones. Definitivamente repetiré

Los monos se meten en la terraza de la habitación por la noche, pero eso pasa en todos los establecimientos cerca del Río

Peace||Views||No Monday Blues :)

The Ganges..!! Morning views.. They have this lil hideout below the stairs (ground floor) which directly leads to the Banks of Ganga.. Day or Night..-- I have no words to express the PeAce the views gave.. You can sit here and watch the rafters go by.. People praying.. Ganga Arti..Sunset.. The birds..Waves.. well..you need to experience it to know it :)

Great hostel for solo travellers

Super staff. David in particular, he is very kind and helpful. Also, wifi, beds and hot water is good.

There's nothing in particular. Just waiting to see the terrace soon as it's in construction now. Once, it's done, it'll be amazing to see the view of Ganges !

My only goto hostel in rishikesh

I recently stayed at Joey's Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the breathtaking Ganga view from my room. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, enhancing the overall experience. A special shout-out to David, whose exceptional service made my stay both helpful and enjoyable. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Highly recommend for a delightful stay with a view to remember.

Excellent view of Ganga from the room, perfect for a solo traveller and room is too cute. Neat and clear.

Overall disappointed

Staff is nice yet not super chatty Good location in quieter area although need to take the boat to cross the river given dodgy bridge situation Comfy beds Stunning view from the terrasse

No real social vibe 12-bed dorm was packed and smelly given no windows and no proper aeration Aldo no curtains on bed so you end up getting the lights from other beds in middle of the night Probably would not stay there again or maybe smaller dorm or fancy private room with the best viewd

Go for joey’s

As a first-time solo traveler, and working on the go. my stay at Joey’s was truly exceptional. The staff members were incredibly accommodating, the beds were impeccably maintained, and the bathrooms were spotless. Initially, I had some reservations regarding the security of my laptop and personal belongings. However, it was remarkable how the guests here seldom felt the need to lock their bags or use their lockers (even though lockers were provided). This created a sense of trust and comfort that allowed me to leave my laptop on the bed while I ventured out for activities like bathing in the Ganga, exploring various cafes, or taking smoke breaks, all without a single worry. By the second day, Joey’s had become like a home away from home. The atmosphere was so welcoming and warm that I found myself immersed in it. Overall, my time spent here was absolutely delightful, and I couldn’t help but feel a pang of sadness when it was time to leave. It’s worth mentioning, the dormitory’s vibe and the charm of Rishikesh itself were so captivating that almost everyone, including myself, couldn’t resist extending their stay by a few days. A truly unforgettable experience! 😄🏨

The property is very clean , Staff are very accommodating and friendly and Mr. Rahul , the manager , is so helpful in all ways!! The location is about 2 minutes walk from laxman bridge "The best place to stay !" Litterally I don't have anything that I didn't like about this place

Most Sociable hostel ❤️

The staff is amazing, super friendly and the rooms are lovely for an incredibly low price: a very good deal. It works perfectly for those who are looking for a different location to keep working from "home" since there's a strong internet connection and a lot of space to set. For those who are looking for a good adventurous vacation and friendships from all other the world this is the place for you. Every night you can join the other tourists and keep exploring with them. The hostel is on walking distance from the beautiful historic laxman bridge (I suggest renting some scooters and have a trip around the city). I promise you will leave this hostel with a note of sadness and loads of newborn friendships, maybe love, and tons of beautiful memories. Special mention to Rahul !!!!

Ambiance of property is amazing. Superb shivalik Himalayan mountains surrounding. And stanning view of mighty Ganges river. Food is excellent. Property and rooms are neet & clean. Staff also very much cooperative wich makes you very comfortable stay.
