Located in Côte Saint-Luc, this attractive condo for $576 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Can sleep 19 people Designed for large groups who want to celebrate and have a great time. You are on top of a restaurant and have no neighbors to disturb. Large central room for people to gather, there is also a large rooftop terrace for your group to enjoy. Comes fully equipped with very comfortable beds & linens, TV, AC, and much more! Bachelor groups, Family events, or Special Occasions welcome! Located on Queen Mary, you are part of the night life by taking one step out of the front door. There is everything you need nearby all in walking distance, from corner stores to dance clubs and fantastic restaurants. Full private access to all rooms and the rooftop! I am available for severe emergencies. I give all my guests privacy and it is best to reach me here in chat for your reservation. I send you all the instructions you need to access the property the day before your check-in dates (or same day on same day reservations). Please check your inbox for my Instructions Message and take two minutes to read the full message before you arrive, it will make everything very easy for your arrival. I am not guaranteed available after 12am to help with check-in. Read and review instructions ahead of time to ask questions while I am available. I am happy to help. Contact me ahead of time if you wish to book for small parties or events. The loft can host up to max 30 people for events. After 16 guests it is 20$ per person per night. Payment for extra guest can be arranged directly after booking. Note that we do have cameras monitoring the entrance for everyone's safety and security. -Please be aware that the AC and heating systems are operational and accessible in accordance with the appropriate season. -My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is possible, but fast replies are not guaranteed. Please read the instructions I send you ahead of time, and have them on hand when you arrive. -If you must receive any mail or packages during your stay please contact me first. I have a convenient solution arranged for you. My mailbox is not shared with my guests. -I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive. -Although the apartment has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of people and construction as the apartment is located in the downtown city center. If there is expected construction noise, I adjust my prices to reflect the same. -The building manager or maintenance persons may need access to the property for a few hours in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities. • No extra visitors. Everyone must be declared and paid for including people who do NOT sleep there. There are zero chances for fraud. • Quiet hours after 11pm • It can not be used as a replacement for a bar or club. Even during the day time noise must be reasonable for a residential address. • No Beer Pong • No Smoking • No Shoes Inside • No glitter, confetti, sparkles, or other such substances. • Don't remove makeup with towels • Mailbox access not available, ask before for option • Long term bookings only have 1 week of supplies provided . EMERGENCY ACCESS The property manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. You do not have the right to deny them access for the purpose of building inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give you advanced notice to the best of my ability. . PUBLIC PARKING If using city parking or public parking it is your responsibility to be aware of parking signs, site rules, and local laws. Please double-check the parking signage to be safe.
