Brand new and boasting stellar amenities, this home is the perfect landing point for all of your adventures. Less than 20 miles from your stay, explore Trailside Park, Utah Olympic Park, Park City Mountain, Park City Museum, Mountain Dell Golf Course, Rockport State Park, and the Egyptian Theatre. Back from a day of sun-filled adventure, immediately feel at home amongst the wood floors, comfortable furnishings, and sophisticated style. With its open-concept layout, togetherness comes effortlessly. Don your chef's hat and utilize the full kitchen's gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and farmhouse sink. When it's time to eat, show off your culinary creations at the refined dining table. After eating, gather on the living room or family room's sofas for movie and board game nights. Or, head for the bubbling warmth of the private hot tub. The home's five bedrooms are equally lovely with their plush bedding, tasteful decorations, and central air-conditioning. The sizable bathrooms ensure that your daily routines are achieved with ease, and the private washer/dryer keeps chore time at bay. All of the components of the perfect Utah vacation are here - all there's left to do is book! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
