Nestled in Spring Branch, this attractive house for $185 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We call this home Canyon Shores-Serene because of how secluded it feels! This pet friendly home is only blocks away from the water! This 1 bed 1 bath condo is beautifully decorated and is well-equipped with everything you will need to have a wonderful stay, to include a hot tub and gas grill and no pet fee! Take a bike ride to the swim beach or grocery store nearby. Only a 2 mile drive to the marina. We also have jet skis available for rent that we can put into the water for you! We are a retired Military couple who are managing our properties ourselves. We aren’t out to nickel and dime our guests or charge a ridiculous amount for cleaning. In fact, the space is equipped with all of the amenities that we as a family have come to find useful when we rent vacation homes ourselves. So we've included cold filtered and bottled water in the fridge upon your arrival, a gas grill, a coffee pot, creamer, spices, all the cook ware you may need, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, additional linens for extra guests, and much more! With the entrance to the Guadalupe right down the road, If you're planning to float the river, we can have tubes waiting for you at the house for an additional $15 so you can get right on the river and won't have to go through a company to rent. If you have recommendations or things you would like to have in the house, please let us know! The home is equipped with a King sized bed in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa and a king sized air mattress. Extra linens and towels. The hot tub is also shared with one other unit. Plus we offer lots of great recommendations on what to do in Canyon Lake during your stay in these documents! We are located in a neighborhood with 2 boat ramps (22 & 23) and a short drive to the famous Guadalupe River Horseshoe. 1 hour from Austin and San Antonio. This home is the top home of 3 homes on the property. Plenty of outdoor space to entertain. We also own another property on this same lot that sleeps an additional 6 people. If you have a larger event or gathering, please reach out to us for details. Keep in mind that this property is on a shared lot. So it shares a space with a downstairs unit and shares the hot tub and grill.
