There are three restaurants within walking distance and a community pool. A quick 8 minute drive to the Pinehurst Country Club or enjoy a round of golf at any of the six golf courses within just a mile of this home. Enjoy a quiet afternoon or evening at home while you barbeque outside on the patio or fix dinner in the gourmet kitchen. Have your meal on the patio overlooking the golf course or in the dining room which seats eight. There is plenty of room in the living room to watch tv or simply sit at the bar and enjoy your beverage of choice. There are three bedrooms, a king with a private bathroom, a bedroom with one queen bed and a third bedroom with two full beds. No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit.
