Studio 3 is located at the rear of the property & offers it's own separate verandah and a little more privacy. This peaceful space overlooks the BBQ area, lawns and garden. At the rear of the property there is a large covered guests BBQ area for those who wish to cook. Please Note: Pets are not permitted at this property. Parking is located at the front of the property. Guests share the verandahs with entry to each suite off the verandah. Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management. Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour. The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside. All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds. There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy. Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area. All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved. Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in red wheelie bin. Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure.
