It is so different from our usual stays!! Right in the centre of the city!

The location is excellent, you can see amazing views of the Alhambra from the balconies in the two rooms and the apartment is in a street that is not very noisy although you see some tourists walking around in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was really big, fitting at least 2 people comfortably in it.
The decoration is inspired in the Alhambra although maybe a bit much.
The shower is in the bedroom which is fun for couples but a bit strange if there is a third person in the sofa bed.
We didn't use the kitchen but seems well equipped.
There was also tea and a kettle.
We also had a nice surprise waiting for us when we arrived so the attention to detail of the host is superb!
The stairs might not be suitable for everyone, they seem a bit dangerous as there is no handrail.
The neighbours were a bit noisy the last night, I guess they were having a party, but the rest of the time it was fine.
There is a locked door to the backstreet where some tourist guides stop to explain the history of the wall. You can hear them like they are really close, also from the toilet.

Está en una planta baja que da a la calle y no está debidamente insonorizado. Además, el apartamento tenía un mal olor que hizo que la experiencia no fuera buena. El gran atractivo del apartamento es el jacuzzi y es inutilizable por el mal olor que desprendían sus cañerías (que estaban dentro de la propia habitación)

La casa e l'appartamento d'epoca con splendidi particolari. Curati gli arredamenti. Ubicato al primo piano con ascensore. Le due camere con letti matrimoniali comodi. La posizione perfetta. Il terrazzo fruibile con vista mozzafiato sull'Ahlambra anche se posizionato nella casa adiacente al 5' piano senza ascensore. Assistenza via wattsapp puntuale.
In cucina il pavimento era appiccicoso evidentemente sporco. C'è un problema probabilmente negli scarichi perché dopo la doccia si diffonde un odore molto forte e sgradevole nella camera da letto

The penthouse apartment, in a converted older building on a narrow street in the historic Albaicin district, is a couple of minutes walk from the Plaza Nueva in the heart of old Granada (my taxi driver refused to drive me there and let me out a mile away because he said the street was too narrow though in fact it does have vehicular access). The apartment has a spacious private terrace with a picture-perfect view of the Alhambra, a lovely spot to enjoy drinks in the evening and to watch the sunrise. The faux-Moorish décor is cute and it is cool to access the 3rd-floor apartment using the private elevator. The towels were large and fluffy and the apartment was also furnished with an interesting and eclectic selection of books, which we didn't get around to reading :).
The so-called upstairs double bedroom with Alhambra view is in fact just an elevated glass-bottomed deck built over the kitchen area. It is accessed by a steep and precarious wooden step-ladder, has a low ceiling against which I banged my head every time I went up and apart from a bed with bedside tables there is nothing else there, no storage space and no privacy (because no walls). Fortunately there are two other bedrooms (one double, one single) so we used those. We couldn't get the free-standing "spa" bath in the double bedroom to work (and in any case it wouldn't have been a practical option for my travel companion), which left the small shower unit (accessed through the single bedroom). The washing facilities were tatty and the drains smelt really bad (this is probably a general problem in a historic district like this, but in my case I was sleeping immediately adjacent to the source of the bad smell). The apartment was poorly equipped (low-grade and poorly functioning electrical equipment like the kettle and the cooker, a lack of cutlery and crockery, only 2 chairs at the dining table). Overall the space - with the exception of the lovely terrace - felt cramped, as a result of a poorly-executed conversion. Since there were only 2 of us, it didn't really matter, and we had a lovely time in Granada, but we couldn't imagine 4 or 5 people comfortably sharing the same space. The online presentation gives an impression of luxury to which the actual apartment doesn't live up.

Leider befinden sich die Außengeräte der Klimaanlagen auf Höhe der Terasse, so dass wenn diese laufen deutliche Geräusche vorhanden sind.

La bienvenida, disponibilidad de Sergio y todo el apartamento, la verdad es que es un lujo, y el personal super amable siempre disponible para resolver cualquier inconveniente que surja, y además nos mandó recomendaciones antes de la estancia que en mi casi siendo novata me gustó muchísimo como detalle a parte de su postal de bienvenida.
Lo que menos, pero de eso no tiene la culpa el propietario es la falta de aparcamientos en la zona y que casi todas las calles están restringidas alrededor del apartamento, pero siendo el centro de Granada es más que normal, en Huelva también pasa.

La ubicación, la limpieza, el equipamiento del apartamento,(smart TV, estufas, ducha con hidromasaje, wc con bidé, utensilios y enseres de limpieza y cocina muy completos) la decoración...
El desagüe de la ducha no traga bien y se inundaba el baño. Además no había fregona y teníamos que secar el suelo con toallas...
El aire acondicionado se apagaba solo continuamente.
A veces una parte del dormitorio olía mal, como a alcantarilla

La ubicación y amabilidad y disponibilidad rápida de atención ante cualquier problema. Y las recomendaciones que te dan de lugares que ver y donde aparcar y eso pero ya está. El tamaño de la cama, que tenía espacio suficiente para girarnos sin molestar al otro.
Que nada más llegar nos informan de un problema que había ocurrido en el que iba a ser nuestro apartamento como un recale en el aseo, y si nos dan solución de elegir quedarnos ese y otro pero obviamente no tenía nada que ver de uno a otro y obviamente elegimos el otro pero cualquier se fía de quedarse en ese. Así que nos quedamos sin vistas parciales a la Alhambra y sin bañera redonda y la distribución me gustaba. Pero es que nos cambian al otro y pasamos frío. La bomba del salón y habitación solo es aire acondicionado, osea calor no va a salir, lo decimos y dicen que nos enchufan el suelo radiante pero a mí eso no me terminó de convencer y entonces no suben una estufa de halógeno pero de cuatro calores solo funciona uno. Así que si estuvimos algo mejor que sin nada de calor pero no era lo esperado. Por otro lado, si es verdad que en cuanto escribías enseguida respondían e intentaban buscar una solución pero para mí no era suficiente. Ah! Y el agua de la ducha bien templada más para fría. Además de la limpieza que deja un poco que desear. Ya se que yo decidí quedarme en ese pero a ver qué hacías...no había otra solución.
Y aún encima no pague la cantidad más económica para que me pasase eso. Porque elegí la de 140€ cuando podía haber elegido la de 128€. Yo no creo que vuelva. Al barrio si a esos apartamentos no. No fue como esperaba. Además estuvimos apunto de buscar otro lugar para nuestra segunda noche pero ya que íbamos pocos días no podíamos perder tiempo.

La ubicación es absolutamente inmejorable, cerca de todo andando. La amabilidad y atención del personal también es inmejorable, muy agradables y atentos.
No hay nada reseñable, por decir algo ya que puede servirle de ayuda a alguien. El baño era muy chiquitito y la taza del vater estaba en el hueco entre la mampara del plato de ducha y la pared, no es un drama, pero una persona grande ahí no cabe o cabe con muchas dificultades.

It was located in the heart of the city. Steep terrain in a medieval town. Sergio, the host was more than gracious and attentive, upgrading our stay when the room we rented was flooded. Upgraded suite was wonderful and beautifully detailed.
We got there and the room had no light, apparently had been flooded. We were given an upgraded suite, beautiful views and accommodations. Just difficult to access for my wife, who has mobility problems, but that is the nature of the old city of Granada. The restroom door had both my wife and I in a panic as it seemed to jam shut. It took a bit of patience to figure out that it required a solid push while lifting the door handle to get it to release. Some panicked moments for both my wife and I. Once we figured it out, we were alright.

Posizione splendida in pieno centro, facilmente raggiungibile con le indicazioni, la strada è strettissima per cui conviene dimenticare di usare la macchina ma si arriva a piedi dovunque in poco tempo, un esempio l'Alhambra si raggiunge in 10 minuti. Simpatico trovare in frigo delle bevande e sulla cucina marmellata e plumcake.

Pues en las fotos enseñan una vitro , mi novio y yo damos por echo que va y nadie nos dice que no funciona y hacemos compra de cena y desayuno y ( huevos) y nos damos cuenta que no va, hace mucho ruido al ser el bajo y todos los portazos se escuchan en todos lados y a la gente hablar y todo eso tanto de noche como de mañana y por último que a las 8:30-9 de la mañana alguien nos entró al apartamento y justo dormimos abajo en el sofá cama por el frío y no supimos quién fue y quien tenía llaves y más a esas horas cuando se supone que la salida es a las 11 y las llaves del portal tampoco iban bueno la verdad que por internet se ve de otra manera

Beautifully decorated and in the perfect spot of the city! An easy walk to Alhambra! The host had good recommendations for parking as it’s not available on site. We found the pull out couch to be very comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and the main attractions! But of course you have a little kitchen as well with a full sized fridge.
The shower needs some decalcification. But that’s very minor as the rest of the apartment was very very clean!

abitación pequeña de 3x3m , bañera de hidromasaje para una persona, ademss de sucia y rota. Baño de 1,20x1m sucio el suelo y el wc echa agua por abajo. El "salon" con sofa para una persona y media.
No tenemos ninguna vista bonita. No hay personal para atenderte. En definitiva nada que ver con lo que ponen en las fotos.

Terrasse sur le toit avec vue incroyable ! Très mignon, très propre, super bien situé : on peut tout faire à pied, extrêmement central.
Communication parfaite avec les propriétaires, très réactifs.
Vivre au coeur de la vieille ville très animée (quartier Albaicín) dans une maison ancienne, jolie et typique signifie aussi que la rue est très bruyante toute la nuit et qu’on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les appartements voisins.

Nos encantó la ubicación, la limpieza del apartamento y la comodidad de las camas. El baño, los detalles del apartamento.. todo muy cuidado. Además el precio muy asequible con respecto otros apartamentos que miramos para las mismas fechas. Si tuviera que volver a alojarme en Granada volvería aquí.
Por decir algo… cuando tirábamos de la cadena del vater por algunos minutos se quedaba el olor a bajante en la habitación de la cama de matrimonio.
