Hemprabha was very pathetic experience they confirmed me that room is available and then in night refused for morning checkin. We said ok once it’s available we will we reached 5.30 there waited one hour they said in 10 mins they will give the room it is getting cleaned and then somebody else came and to take room who took also info from me as they could pitch 1700 rent they gave the room to those people and left us waiting. I told owner Prasant it’s very much unethical and you are not business man for Rs 200 extra you lost one month rent as I had to stay one month .

Nothing Unethical behavior . For Rs 200 they lost their moral and made us suffer . I was with my parents of age 90 years who waited hours to get room and finally was not given . Compared to that we got very good hotel Landmark group and Resort excellent experience . Their checkin time was 12 am but we could checkin 8 am without any additional charge .
