Great house with lots of room for fun. This specially built vocational rental house was finished building on 8/8//23 with 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 master suites, on one acre lot. This beautiful house is 7-10 minutes from the Old Mill District, the city center, parks, art, culture restaurants, shopping and dinning, 20-30 minutes from Mt. Bachelor & Cascade Lakes. You will love the house because of the spacious rooms, comfy beds, great kitchen and family room. The place is good for large groups. The pictures of this house were shot by a cell phone. The house is actually better than the pictures. The 7th bedroom is converted from a living room without doors, but it does have curtains for visual privacy. The house is next to Lava Butte which is part of Newberry National Volcanic Monument (five minutes drive to the entrance). There is a 1/4 of a mile gravel road right before the house.
